Get your mind out of your…

There’s a common phrase about a person having their mind inserted up a particular part of their anatomy – and you’d have to be limber to do it. I don’t find putting my mind there very productive, and so I strive to put my mind up – it’s weird, consider yourself warned – up my nose. For a quick high & focus – inhale/exhale 3 times. Putting your mind up your nose is a great way to get into word-flow.
